Charlotte was born in Galway in 1960. Originally a nurse, charlotte Kelly studied fine art in 2002 to 2005. She became a full time artist in 2006. Kelly works mainly in oils and would describe her work as being abstract landscape and figurative. Drawing is very important to her.
